  3. Many local transport companies in your area will have a web site with a journey planner.
  4. The web has a good selection of route planning web sites for drivers, which can even tell you where to turn at each street and junction on the motorway.
  5. When planning your trip, make sure you know enough about the town, city or country you're travelling to.
