You've heard the song, and danced the dance but did you know this song spent seven weeks at number one in America? The song gained popularity when a "How to Crank That" instructional video appeared on Youtube. Soon, the moves could be found in clubs and school playgrounds up and down the country. Sadly, it seems her rock and roll antics have overshadowed her flourishing music career. Her latest offering from hit album Back to Black is emotional and heartbreaking, which is perfect if you're the romantic type. (2.5/5)

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past year you won't have missed the hype surrounding this American series which has taken the whole world by storm. A bunch of strangers suddenly discover they have superpowers and work together to save the world. Although it might sound like you've heard it all before, the clever twists and turns keep you hooked from the first episode. (4/5)
