Are you totally sorted when it comes to your studying or does your attention wander? Is your life tight and timetabled or is your last minute your best?

Take our quiz to find out your studying style.

1. Your science homework isn't getting any easier and you're looking at another hour bent over the books. What do you do?

A: Take a breather; it'll give you more time to think.
B: Get stuck in and finish it so you can enjoy the rest of the evening.
C: Leave them until the next day; you've got the whole bus ride to school to get it sorted.

2. You've got a pretty important group presentation to do for one of your weaker subjects. What do you do?

A: Meet your mates in town for coffee so you can discuss it and loads of other stuff.
B: Make a plan and head to the library straight away.
C: Don't stress too much; you've got a brainbox in your group who loves research.

3. You’ve got plans but you have an assignment to finish tomorrow! What do you do?

A: Decide to do it after your night out. You don't want to be a party pooper.
B: Work extra hard to get it finished before it's time to go. If you don't get it done, you're staying in.
C: Go and have a great time. You'll get it done tomorrow, you're sure.

4. You can't seem to finish your maths homework. What do you do?

A: Put it off until later but worry because you hate asking for help.
B: Go and talk it over with someone.
C: Forget about it until the teacher asks.

5. When studying in a group, which statement best sums up your group working style?

A: You spend the entire time chatting about almost anything but study.
B: It's really useful and motivates you.
C: Who needs a group? You're better off doing your own thing.

6. Where do you do most of your studying?

A: Sitting on your bed with the TV on.
B: Somewhere quiet where you can concentrate.
C: On the bus in between texting and chatting to your mates.

Mostly As: Time waster

By putting things off you're only stressing yourself out. Your intentions are good but you usually drift off before the work's done. Nobody can change overnight, but try and make a start on stuff as soon as it's handed out

Mostly Bs: The write stuff

You've got the right attitude to study. Once it's over and you've put the hours in, you can get on with having fun. Just make sure that you're not so focused on finishing that you rush it.

Mostly Cs: It's a breeze

You reckon time and luck is on your side and have a pretty relaxed attitude. A stress-free life is great, but it might be a good idea to devote a bit more time to your studies just in case that luck of yours runs out one day.
