  1. The Race Relations Act 1976 makes it unlawful for people to treat someone differently because of their race, colour, nationality or ethnic origin.
  2. If you feel you have been a victim of racial discrimination at work, speak to your employer as soon as possible.
  3. The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 protects both men and women from sexual discrimination in many of the things we do everyday.
  4. Sex discrimination is when a person is not treated the same way as another person, just because of their sex.
