Take our fun stress test

Do you blow a fuse at just about anything, or are you the coolest cat you know?
Take our fun quiz to see if you need to sort out your stress levels.
1. You're in town eating an ice cream when a big blob of it falls off and goes straight down your top. What's your reaction?
A: You freak out and rush to the nearest shop to buy a new top; if anyone sees you like this, you'll be mortified.
B: You're a bit embarrassed but just resolve to try and cover it up if you see someone you know.
C: You couldn't care less; you even point it out to people as a joke.
2. You've just got your date for your driving test, but don't want anybody to know when it is so there's no pressure on you. Your mate accidentally blurts it out at a party that your test is next week. How do you feel?
A: You're furious. If you fail, it'll all be your mate's fault and you'll never forgive them.
B: You're annoyed because you wanted to keep it quiet, but admit your mate probably didn't mean to blab.
C: You're not bothered at all; it was a nightmare keeping the secret anyway.
3. It's your birthday and despite dropping hints that you want an MP3 player, your parents have bought you a CD player. What's your reaction?
A: You're angry because everyone will think that you're outdated. Nobody has CD players any more!
B: You're a bit miffed, but resolve to save up for a while and get the MP3 player after all.
C: You laugh about it. Clearly you're as rubbish at dropping hints as your parents are at picking them up!
4. You've been doing tests at school and, sure enough, your best mate has beaten you at every single one. What do you do?
A: Sulk because your mate does hardly any studying. It's not fair; why can't you do best for once?
B: Congratulate your mate to their face and then call them a swot in private.
C: You're pleased for your mate and decide to do a bit more studying next time.
5. You've got a few mates round and your parents decide that instead of stay out of your way they're going to tell your friends all of those embarrassing baby stories. What do you do?
A: Scream at them in front of everyone and lock yourself in your room.
B: You cringe but sit through it, telling them later that it's not on!
C: You laugh along with everyone else; you were a pretty funny baby.
6: You lend your cousin a CD and it comes back scratched. Does this bother you?
A: Oh yes! It's typical of your cousin who never looks after anything. You tell them so in a big screaming match.
B: You're a bit annoyed but just resolve to never lend them anything again.
C: It's a shame about the CD, but everybody makes mistakes. You're not too fussed.
How did you do?
Are you as chilled as an ocean breeze or more hot-headed than a pan of soup?
Mostly As
You need to find a way to chill out; you get stressed much too easily. Try not to be so bothered by what other people might be thinking.
If things don't go your way from time to time, just do your best to accept it: that's life. Freaking out nonstop isn't going to win you many mates.
Mostly Bs
On the face of it, you 're not stressed, but behind the scenes you do let things get to you. Try and stop and think before getting upset if something's annoyed you.
Don't take yourself so seriously, relax a bit more and you're well on the way to being chilled.
Mostly Cs
You're so chilled and laidback you're almost horizontal: you can laugh at yourself and don't worry too much about how you look in front of others.
It's great that you're relaxed and that you have a sense of humour, but remember it's OK to have a serious side too.
