5 Things u need2know

  1. A house is the most expensive thing you'll ever buy. Make sure you are up to the commitment.
  2. Be realistic when deciding what sort of place to go for, and how much you can afford to spend.
  3. Save up as much money for a deposit as possible. This will reduce the amount you borrow and also the amount of the monthly repayments you'll be making.
  4. Make sure you've sorted everything out at your previous accommodation before moving on.
  5. The house buying process can take long time so try to be patient and not get too stressed. Most delays will be beyond your control.
