There are loads of organisations that can help young people deal with bullying. Many have telephone helplines, while others have useful web sites which offer advice. Some have both.

- Beat Bullying
- This organisation aims to reduce and prevent bullying by putting together action plans written by young people. You can read these on their web site: www.bbclic.com
- Beyond Bullying
- This site is run by the Leicestershire Education Psychology Service and their Anti-Bullying Strategy Team.

- For help with anything, anytime, call Childline free on 0800 1111 (0800 44 1111 in Scotland) or text phone 0800 400 222. You can also write to them by sending a letter to Freepost 1111, London N1 0BR (no stamp needed).

- This is a national charity that provides advice on children who have been bullied. They can be called on 020 7730 3300.

- This charity specialises in child protection and the prevention of cruelty to children. You can call the NSPCC's free national child protection 24 hour helpline on 0808 800 5000.
