Robert's story
"Unfortunately I was one of the fools who bullied some of my workers at a company I worked at.
I was a fool, but it felt good. I made myself feel better than I actually was by shouting at a certain person and making him feel stupid all the time.
I was a trainee supervisor at a manufacturing factory and ended up getting sacked because I was a thoughtless and stupid person overloading people with too much work, to compensate for my lack of knowledge of the job I was doing.
I really regret what I did to these people but have ended up having to leave after being taken to a tribunal.
It proves that bullying in the workplace doesn't pay!"
